“Dividing the Estate.” Zach Theatre presents a totally Texas dark comedy by the late Pulitzer Prize- and Academy Award-winner Horton Foote. Set in a fictional South Texas town, “Dividing the Estate” finds the Gordons, a quirky clan ruled by an even quirkier octogenarian matriarch, wrestling with how to handle the plunging value of the family’s homestead and other assets.
