Body Ballet combines the contemporary with the traditional. Different genres of modern and classical music will be combined for a health/exercise/dance class that is excitingly ballet based! No ballet experience is needed. The French terminology of ballet steps will be explained and related in terms of body awareness.
This class meets Thursdays at 12:00 PM and Fridays at 11:00 AM.
