We will be exploring the foundational and advanced changing methods of the core four, Lion, Dragon, Phoenix, and Bear systems simultaneously, to understand the hybrid nature of Baguazhang. In addition to developing proficiency in strike training, issuing of power, hip rotation and development of torque, containing the force and Taiji aspects of Baguazhang will be instructed. Anyone who is up for a challenge for an advanced traditional art, is welcome to participate.
