Cheese 101: The Seven Styles of Cheese

For those of you who are new to the list, and new to our business, our Cheese Classes are an intimate way to get to know the "7 Styles of Cheese. " We guide you through each style of cheese and taste specific examples, accompanied by olives & nuts, as well as Easy Tiger bread and sparkling water for palate cleansers. We'll also bring out a number of additional pairings like jams and chutneys, depending on that evening's cheese selection. Note: You may choose to separately purchase our wine or beer… Show more pairings from the Cheese Shop prior to the class. Should you choose to bring your own wine or beer, there is a $4 set-up fee. At the end of each class, we'll give you and your guests time to mingle and enjoy the Cheese House, while we cut-to-order any cheese from the class that you'd like to purchase so you can re-create the tasting at home.
