The Austin Symphony Orchestra kicks off its 2012-2013 season with performances by the famed violinist Midori. Her dazzling performance will be of Brahm's Violin Concerto in D Major. Other pieces of the night include Dvořák's My Homeland and Shostakovich's Symphony No. 9 in E-flat major. Austin's Maestro Peter Bay who is starting his 15th Season at the ASO will conduct the evening's performances. Come out and enjoy a night on the town with friends, family, and coworkers.
