Eric Silverstein (The Peached Tortilla, Yumé Burger), Kristen Stacy (The Seedling Truck) and Trailer Food DiariesCookbook author Tiffany Harelik have joined forces with the Long Center to launch Trailer Food Tuesdays, a series of five food truck gatherings on the last Tuesday of the month starting July 31 through November 27. Bring your picnic blanket and an appetite, because 10 trucks will be rolling into the Long Center. Family-friendly entertainment and music will be provided.
