Ballet barre exercises are combined with strength-training exercises to work all major muscle groups. Tone, lengthen and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance, and burn calories. In addition to the exercises at the barre, resistance bands are often used as well as pushups and crunches. Develop long, lean muscles like a ballet dancer, and will leave you feeling poised, graceful, and strong. Offered several days and times a week. Drop-in class.
