Father Christmas will actually be on site wearing a traditional costume reproduced from a historic suit made by 19th-century German immigrants that will be on display during the event. There will be carols led by professional singers and a craft room for children to make their own Victorian-style decorations to take home. Non-alcoholic beverages plus sweet treats made from period recipes will be served.
