The Conference provides an opportunity for youth, teachers, youth service providers, community members and parents to learn skills to safely explore the diversity we experience in our daily lives.  Students take leadership roles throughout – officiating, hosting dialogues with peers and… Show more training adults on inter-active diversity exercises.  Participants learn how to respect one another’s points of view and life experiences.  School delegations make plans for enhancing diversity efforts at their schools.  Adults and youth work together to design the Conference and its on-going activities supporting school diversity efforts.
