Watershed Walks & Talks: Blunn Creek

Come take a walk with a City of Austin Watershed Protection Department (WPD) Environmental Scientist along Blunn Creek in Big Stacy Park! Volunteers will sow native grass and wildflower seeds in the Grow Zones of the Blunn Creek riparian zone. Todd Jackson from WPD will explain the benefits of Grow Zones and the importance of native plants. This is a great opportunity for families, all ages are welcome!
Meet at Big Stacy Pool parking lot! *Bring a water bottle and wear sturdy shoes*
