Free Family Fun: "Chicken Run"

After so many great years of producing groundbreaking animated short films the geniuses at Aardman Animation finally decided to make their first feature length movie, CHICKEN RUN. This is a task much easier said than done as she has gone through numerous attempts to reach the other side of the fence, but is always caught by the farm’s owner, the evil Mrs. Tweedy.

Enter Rocky the American Rooster. A misunderstanding causes Ginger to believe the traveling Rocky can fly, which he cannot, and quickly recruits him to teach all the Tweedy chickens to fly in order to escape. Ginger will hide Rocky in exchange for his help. He reluctantly agrees. Now he has to somehow teach the chickens to fly while also hiding his secret. Filled with original and eye-opening animation and the voice talents of Mel Gibson, Miranda Richardson and Julia Sawalha CHICKEN RUN is a treat for young chicks, hens, and roosters alike.
