Action Pack: New Year’s Eve Sing-Along

Oh 2012, we hardly new you. This year has come and gone and left us with more pop culture-y goodness than we could have ever hoped. And as we ring in 2013 we will be dancing till the world ends as we sing-along to all the greatest music videos this past year had to offer.

No only that but we'll have enough confetti in the building to make… Show more even Ke$ha jealous. Suck it, Carson Daly! We're hosting our very own New Year's Eve Sing-Along Extravaganza Party, and it promises to be the best movie theater dance party ever. Or at least since last year's New Year's Eve Sing-Along.

And as you know, we'll all get some free champagne for the midnight toast, and because there is nothing I hate more than being out on the streets of some city that doesn't have a Times Square-esque ball drop when everyone starts screaming "Happy New Year!" five minutes too early and it continues until five minutes too late, I can guarantee you that our midnight countdown will start precisely ten seconds before midnight.

And when 2013 does hit Austin, the explosion of confetti and balloons that rain down at that moment in the Alamo Ritz will raise everyone's adrenaline so much that the best friend you brought with you will have no choice but to kiss you at midnight and then linger on that moment all through the year, wondering what could be... because that's the kind of magic that New Year's Eve is supposed to be about, damn it!
