Swan Dive is kicking off 2013 in a groovy fashion in honor of the Sustainable Food Center’s new headquarters, set to open later this year. Chef Sonya Cote of The Homegrown Revival and Hillside Farmacy is hosting a fondue party inspired by the funky disco-era food and drink to benefit the Sustainable Food Center’s ongoing Capital Campaign. Don’t be a drag; come dressed in your retro bell-bottoms, tie-dye tunics, platform shoes or any 70s threads hiding in your closet. Party hardy with fondue and tunes from Saturday Night Fever spun by DJ Chino Casino, all the while aiding SFC in their expansion. Be there or be square.
