Local boys the Scabs brought a little taste of Tuesday night at Antone’s circa 1998 to the Austin Ventures Stage on Saturday night. The band’s set was culled primarily from their seminal album, “Freebird,” but it looked at first as if the notoriously raunchy funk outfit was going to turn in a set of G-rated versions of these tunes.
