The Show!

THE SHOW! is a night of entertainment, and fantastic way to see some of the up and coming filmmakers and comedians from Austin Texas. Its a place for filmmakers to Show their work and Tell others how they did it and what they plan to do next. Its a place for comedians to show filmmakers what they can do, and entertain audiences all at the same time.

FEBRUARY:

This Month, we have Kat Candler, back from Sundance with screening of her short "Black Metal"… Show more to chat with our regular HOST, Lashonda about "Hellion" which screened at Sundance and SXSW last year!

We also have one of the Founders of Old Murder Theater, Sam Eidson here at The Show!, a live event where the actors portray some of your favorite movies. He's here to screen one of his favorite short Films, Billy's Birthday. Filmmaker, Ronald Short screens his hillarious Fox and Bear with partner in crime, Nathan Bayless.


The Show! is unique in Austin in that it combines a Live Show event with Best of Festival Underground Local filmakers creating a kind of "Austin Late Night Show" with our hillarious Comedic Host, Lashonda Lester.

We've teamed up with COLDTOWNE THEATER to bring the best comedian's in Austin- this month's comic is Kerri Lendo, a filmmaker and comdedian who recently starred in a feature film here in Austin called Pictures of Super Heroes and will bring her dry wit to the Show! in Febuary.

The Imperfect Film Festival Block will consist of monthly premieres of short films created in the past 30 days.
