Beef Short Ribs & Chimichurri "The Saturday Special" Brunch
Six Shooter Short Ribs with Chimichurri. We're going to brew up a couple of gallons of industrial strength Texas Coffee Traders Turkey Spider Blend, stir it together with a few other ingredients to make a deep flavored brine, let the ribs swim around in it all night, take 'em out, lightly season 'em, and smoke 'em up proper. Once they're done, we'll trim 'em up and serve 'em with Pit Boss Tom's perennial crowd favorite Chimichurri.
Every Saturday at 2pm Tom smokes up something special.
