The White Horse presents the Battle of the Broads Ladies Arm Wrestling Exhibition featuring bouts with TXRD Lonestar Rollergirls and CLAWstin (Confederation of Lady Arm Wrestlers Austin) and the release of Power Chief’s debut LP Viking Blues on Saturday, March 2, 2013. Arm wrestling begins at 8PM with music between each round. Music starts at 9:30PM with Gilded Splinters followed by Power Chief and Chili Cold Blood.

Power Chief is a kick in the face: a laid-back stoner metal groove with the heavy beat and soul of blues. Coming from a variety of metal, punk and blues backgrounds to create a sound that is at once a 70s Black Sabbath jam as it is a harmonica-drenched blues jam from some back alley bar in some dirty southern town, Power Chief creates music that is infectious, gritty and a whole lot of rock n roll....
