Boat House Grill

I have been going to Boat House Grill for approx. 15 plus years. I've been one of those customers who has been loyal to this place and watched them grow while they have been able to expand. But recently on a Friday afternoon, way after any lunch crowd, I received extremely rude and poor service by a woman serving the orders. My order was "to go" and after quite a long wait, my food was clearly ready to go and she proceeded to chat it up with her coworkers, fill in some stuff on a tablet and basically do everything else but give me my food so I could leave. Considering everything, it will be quite a while if I ever return to this place and largely because of their attitude. Their food is good, but in no way so good where I have to deal with such a poor attitude by this woman. She and those there who have lost their way with some success should be ashamed of themselves but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Find another place to go but here.
