Great spot for breakfast/brunch!

Perfect area- East 11th street is rich in culture and beauty. The build your own breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I had Smoked Gouda, basil, sun-dried tomato pesto, egg and red onion on Ciabatta, with a raspberry mocha. Friendly staff, comfortable, well lit and quiet.
