The story behind SoCo to Go, a Southern comfort food trailer on South First in the Bouldin Creek Food Park isn’t exactly the same as many other food trailers around town. Instead of beginning their business as a trailer with hopes to move on to brick and mortar, SoCo to Go started out as a mobile delivery service, and moved into a trailer about a year ago for more kitchen space, I was told by our server. Once in the trailer, they decided to adopt a mixture of both serving out of the trailer, and delivering food to call-in customers.
