In a city bursting at the seams with taco trucks, trailers and restaurants, Izzoz tacos, (soon to be re-named Mellizoz tacos after a recent legal dispute), brings it’s own distinct personality to the genre. For this pairing, I thought going the traditional route and matching up the fresh tacos with one of Mexico’s greatest exports — Mezcal — would be a surefire win.
