I've been a regular to AJ over the past year, as I commute through this fair town, and have noticed a significant sliding of its staff and attitude into an abyss of crassness.
First, it seemed that the once amiable and hip staff were replaced by, well, less amiable and less hip interlopers who really didn't seem to connect with the clientele or know much about the business or it's products.
Now, management has indulged in the incredibly wasteful act of evaporative water sprayers in the middle of a drought that puts many communities on water use restrictions.
This is a crass and inconsiderate act on AJs part. Shame on you!!!! So, I now boycott Austin Java and encourage others to do the same.
