Learn the complete 108 Taoist Tai Chi™ set in four months of weekly classes. The sequence of continuous movements incorporates stretching and turning to improve body, mind, and spirit. Taoist Tai Chi™ is a gentle exercise for health and relaxation. It is not used for self-defense. Each step in the training is intended to help the mind return to stillness, clarity and wisdom, and the body to a balanced, relaxed and healthy state. First class is free.
