Great Backyard Bird Count - Dripping Springs

The Hays County Master Naturalists are hosting an introduction to the Great Backyard Bird Count and guided bird counts on Feb. 16 in Dripping Springs City Parks. The 16th Great Backyard Bird Count is an annual four-day project of Cornell Lab of Ornithology and the National Audubon Society, with partner Bird Studies Canada that engages bird watchers in counting birds to create a snapshot of where the birds are. Registration is required. Great fun for all ages and skill levels.
