The Last Stand

Once a narcotics officer in the LAPD, Ray Owens (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has settled into a peaceful life as sheriff of Sommerton Junction, a quiet border town. But that peace is shattered when Gabriel Cortez, a vicious crime lord, escapes from FBI custody and speeds toward Ray's town with a band of mercenaries. Federal agents prepare to capture Cortez, and Ray is at first reluctant to get involved -- but he soon finds he must rally his team and take matters into his own hands.

The question with “The Last Stand,” Arnold Schwarzenegger’s return to the big screen (not counting “The Expendables 2”) after being the governor of California and at the heart of a messy marital scandal, is this: Does he pick up where he left off as an action hero or is it an embarrassment, hurtling him down the road to cinematic obsolescence?

Best Action Movie!

This Movie was good because the action was off the hook. It was entertaining, thrilling and Suspenseful. Plus, Johnny Knoxville is so funny in this film that I couldn't stop laughing and Arnold Schwarzenegger looks better than ever.
