The great-granddaughter of a former Utah governor and the great-cousin of Tennessee Williams. At age 7 she had an uncredited cameo in Martin Scorsese's Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore (1974) as a child eating an ice-cream cone (she ate 26 cones for 26 takes). David Lynch, who directed her in two films, nicknamed the statuesque actress "Tidbit." Once shared an apartment with lecturer, author and New Age guru Marianne Williamson.
