Stephen Hart, Director of Recording Services, has 25 years experience in the recording industry. Recording engineer, mixer, producer and project co-coordinator, Stephen was most recently chief engineer at Fantasy Studios. He has been on staff at The Plant Studios, EMI Italia Milan, Forward Music Taipei, and has spent 12 years as an international freelance mixer. Stephen’s ‘Film Post’ credits include Amadeus, Boogie Nights, Airbud, Blue Velvet, and Dead Poets Society. His ‘Film Scoring’ credits include Titanic, Grizzly Man & Encounters at the End of the World. Stephen has also recorded with legendary producers George Martin and Tom Dowd. Committed to the Bay Area recording community, Stephen is president of the SF Chapter of the Recording Academy and is co-chair of the Producers & Engineers Wing.
