Went to see Argo at Flix Brewhouse..Clean, prompt service, good food, and good in house brewed beer. We'll be back

We've been several times now, and we've always had good service, good food, and a good movie experience. We love the slide out tables that are lit, and the seats are nice and comfy. Great date night place that we can eat dinner and watch the movie at the same time.

Server was terrible
Ordered food 20 minutes before movie started didn't get it until I had to remind her 20 minutes after the movie started
People that came in the movie 15 minutes after me got their food.
My queso came spilled out all over the plate.
the servers are rude and just rush of without checking if your order is ok.
This had happened several times
No I don't want free tickets
The food is nothing special.
The only thing good there is the beer
I will make sure I take the ride to Alamo draft house from here on out flix sucks wish I could give it no stars !!!!
Filthy behind the trays that slide out the lady next to me had to ask them to clean hers. And then told the lady this isn't his job a cleaning crew comes at night to clean it. WOW really. Did she bother you?
My husbands tray didnt even slide he's leaning over to eat.
I got the response from a manager she's one off our best servers well hate to tell you
she stunk and several in the theater thought the same

No need to mention other similar theaters since they stand on their own. But this one complete with illuminated slide out table tops to eat the excellent food is in a class of its own. You get a full length cartoon too!
Great food, excellent service, clean, not smelly and helpful and attentive staff are the things that set this theater apart from the others. Almost forgot that they brew their own beer plus serve dozens more on tap.

I'm sorry the previous writter had a bad experience because I now try to watch all my movies here. It is clean, has better food then Alamo, the movies are priced as good or better than Cinamark, and I have enjoyed good service every time. I have been there at least 8 times and bought Christmas gift cards for all my kids!

I have been to Flix Brewhouse several times. I think Round Rock needs a place where adults can enjoy a movie and a beverage. I was hoping with each visit it would get better but unfortunately it gets worse. Today's visit I went to see J.Edgar and we had no service. I hit the call button several times and was finally able to place my order. The order came incorrectly so we sent it back it finally came about half way through the movie. The movie ended and we had no servers, or no bill. We had to track them down to get our ticket. It could be such a great place to go if they can get their acts together. I don't know if it is poor management or just really awful service staff. Whichever it is, they need to figure it out because Alamo draft house has them beat hands down!
