Jeff Strahan
Strahan is a native of Lamesa, Texas (close to Lubbock) where hard core Country crashed into raw Rock & Roll every weekend on the area’s dance floors. We love this place! True there were some kinks to work out in the beginning but every time we go back, we have great food and service. The back patio is covered now so sitting outside is actually an option in the heat. Lots of ceiling fans and a swamp cooler. Saw Guy Forsyth play in the Buzzard Bar last weekend and it was awesome! They always have good bands and it's always fun.

As a Wimberley local, this place isn't getting better. New owners have no resturant or bar management experience and it shows. We were acostted and threatened by drunk (out-of-town) patrons in the parking lot AND again on the dance floor by the same group! BOTH times we told the management who said there was 'nothing they could do' because they didn't see it. ??? WHAT! After complaining, WE were asked to leave. This is bad business for Wimberley - Wimberley is not like this so, they won't last long.
For good food, stick with the Wimberley Cafe on the square.
